Coaching and Mediation Services and Rates
Services:
Mediation and Coaching sessions are conducted by:
- Telephone (including conference calling)
- Online (including skype and video conference)
- Office (Florida residents only)
- Email (also used as means of follow-up)
Rates:
Mediation starts at $75 up to $150/hour depending on income level and prep work involved. Because there are a couple of different coaching packages, I would encourage you call the office and discuss your needs with me so we can determine which package is right for you.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel a session (mediation or coaching), please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the session. That means you must call and leave a message, send an email, or leave a IM on skype. Since all fees are paid in advance, there will be no refunds. In the case of a missed coaching session, there are no make-up or add-on sessions; we will meet on your next scheduled session date. If you have to cancel a mediation session, you should try to re-schedule within that week to avoid disruption of the process, assuming that both parties agree to the re-scheduled date.
Payment Method:
We accept all forms of credit cards through Paypal, which is used for your security and peace of mind. If you don’t have a credit card, we can discuss alternative options that will work for you. All payments are expected within three (3) days of the mediation or coaching session.
Other:
Mediation
If the parties wish to provide a mediation summary, it should be provided at least two (2) days prior to the mediation.
If the mediation is scheduled at my office, the number of participants should be provided to insure that proper arrangements can be made to accommodate everyone.
If the mediation is to be held outside of the Tampa Bay Area (Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco or Pinellas County) a fee for travel to and from the mediation site will be charged (in addition to the hourly fee/per person) at the rate listed below.
